The other guy in the #24 picture is Ron Miller, who years later would crew for Newt, Willie Osmun, Jim Long and Billy Jr. He's in his mid 20's in this photo and truthfully didn't have the funding to field a race car but gave it a shot anyway. Car was not competitive and the partnership didn't last very long at all.
