I thought the racing after the rain delay was decent. Nascar could not screw up the finish when they gave them a set time to finish. It then became a race of strategy when they went back to racing. Bowman made a big gamble and it paid off. You may have had a different Winner if Bell didn't get in a tangle or Reddick tapped the wall on the last lap. Bowman and J.Hand were smart to try and stick it out on rain tires. About 2 laps from the end Reddick and Gibbs were 7 and 8 seconds behind the leader on slicks.  Reddick tried pushing it too hard and clipped the wall. Like Kyle Larsen, they were trying to take advantage of the corners.

I missed a lot of the earlier parts of the race. I did not see what happened to SVG even though he was in the lead when I turned it off for a while. What was the deal with Bubba? Bowan did apologize in Victory Lane. Bubba running into Alex at the end was poor sportsmanship. Speaking of Victory Lane it was refreshing to hear Alex talk about going to the bar with his crew afterwards. Instead of listening to a bunch of canned sponsorship noise. I was glad to see Alex make the Playoffs, I did not realize how bad his injuries were. He even doubted himself ever winning again.

If it did not rain could the race have been better? that's a good possibility yet it could have been worse. Does it make me want to go to see the race live? Maybe if I came across tickets.
