NASCAR Fines. They don’t stop bad behavior   

I have said this before , just because it is a race you hit someome with your car it is assault. If you did it to a neighbor you will be arrested. Everyone things the law doesn't apply here but it does. Karl Edwards is a prime example, when he wrecked Brad at Atlanta if Brad had been hurt or killed or the car had gone into the stands and killed somebody Karl would have been charged with at least manslaughter . I know this stuff goes on at tracks everywhere but it is matter of time til someone gets hurt or worse and then you will see things go a different way. When I was a race director if you pulled that stuff you were gone. Load it up.
