NASCAR Fines. They don’t stop bad behavior   

I know it's assault, but courts and race tracks don't mix.  It's like they treat it as a boxing match.

I hate the "boys have at it" crap. I sit on the couch for three hours and my guy gets dumped on the last lap and NASCAR does nothing about it but 'boys have at it"  Than when my guy kicks his ass, they fine him big time. Carl edwards nearly killed Brad K. under the "boys have at it"  Never, EVER do you hear "so and so to the rear for rough riding"  

And I swore I would not talk down NASCAR this year.

Latest, Bowman wrecks Bubba while trying to fix his windshiled wiper...nothing done by NASCAR.  Bubba "boys have at it" costs him 50k.
