NASCAR Fines. They don’t stop bad behavior

Fines are a drop in the bucket compared to driver salaries, and you can't tell me the team does not pay the fine. Park the car and driver for the next race[s] and let them explain to the sponsors why the car they sponsor is not there. And don't get me started on blocking, the open wheel series have that right.
