Can't remember were i heard this story. It was certainly some kind of documentary on Hinchcliffe stadium with Ken Brenn. I just found it odd that a judge/jury could find malice in an auto races. Especially when there was little to no tv/video coverage. Certainly there was no onboard cameras or sensors that collected and stored data driver input like todays cup cars.
