assault and going to jail?????  

Back in my mirostock day a guy was pissed because his wife footed and took herself out ,while waiting in line to pull in the pits he comes over and grab my side nerf bar and flips me up on my side . Well they dragg him off and put me back on four wheels. Well I was pissed cause he did about 300 dollars worth of damage to the car but what really pissed me off was the gallon of methanol that was run over my hot still running engine put me and everyone in danger. Soooo I filed charges on him and took him to court . Well I had a bunch of witnesses show up and I showed up in uniform and the judge threw the book at him . He awarded me what I asked for and threw a hefty fine on top of hit . He told him just because your at a race track the law still applies. Now some might think this was just a bs race series and no big deal but the risk he put me in and others around my car was not bs and the judge agreed . Some of the things I see on the net trust it's a matter of time and with all the videos being taken you got all the witnesses you need .
