Sure does help when Halmar has your back. SDS shot themselves in the foot on that one. Figuring Friesen wins at least 2 of them they can save themselves a few bucks right there, lol. |

I know the "big guns" are still going to win most of the "Halmar" STSS races but I applaud Chris Larson and Halmar for paying a really nice purse throughout the field. I believe this money will allow some of the lower teams to be more competitive, or to continue to compete at their repsective Saturday night track. Since it doesn't look like racing costs are going to go down (ever), this series offers the next best thing, bigger purses down the line. Scott Ely |

The Place Your Mama Warned You About...!!! These drivers were not wearing gloves. They had on a single ply fire 'proof' jacket for protection and wore jeans. Could not believe what I was seeing as I began venturing to these southern tracks. |
