I think most would agree that if you hit the fence between turns 1 & 2 at Flemington, the next step was up and over.... Looks like the #36 managed to keep the sunny side up and the greasy side down this time....
Comments welcome. |

Good guy Walt Morrison. This is 1982, car is the last real (not sheet metal) sedan to run at Flemington. Walt passed a few years ago, still have a memorial race at Snydersville for him. |

Thanks Rick - Car says "Oldie... But... Goodie" over the back window. Do you know if the car was a new build, or had it been run with a different #/color in the past?

Randy drove one of the last coupes at Flemington same year that Walt drove the last coach. I took this picture in 2015 at Snydersville, Walt pitted near us.

A little different for him! He's usually wearing a Flyers shirt, regardless of what season is, and despite the fact that they haven't done anything in decades. |

Bob Pfister Auto Salvage on back of car. Bob helped me and several others over the years with our mini-stocks. Bob also painted a few of my race cars. |

We finished the 1983 season with a 283 after Randy blew the 311. 150,000 miles on it, had 40 pounds of oil pressure, pegged the heat gauge, used a quart of oil per heat race. Was originally in my 1968 Chevy truck. |
