Fishy. Doesn't say canceled so apparently BP is running, just not presenting a STSS race. Could just be a disagreement about running a big dollar race on an iffy weather weekend....doubt we'll find anything out here, BP thinks FB is the end all when it comes to spreading the news. |

I live about a mile away from Bridgeport and around 7pm tonight ( 3/23) I heard cars racing around the track....Sounded like they were in my driveway it was so loud... Went down to check and front gate locked but track lights on and back gate open....I heard what to me sound like 3 cars making hot laps...Maybe testing out the track for dust ? Started to rain a little at 8pm and it's 8:40 and still hear them running. ? ? ? Private test session ?

You 3Widers got me goin' with your RnR Hall of Fame references. I agree with Warren Zevon and the J. Geils Band being inducted. What I don't understand is how they can induct rappers into the RnR Hall! Not to be judgmental, but let rap get its own H of F. Like many things in my life, I just don't get it (rap that is). Watch the movie '8 Mile" with Eminem. Basically his life story and he stars in it. It's very good and after awhile you adapt to the music, but mostly the theme music. The rapping is pretty funny also. |
