I think you're right regarding a Taylor twin driving the Fodor 13 as it doesn't look like Joe Kelly behind the wheel. Regarding the driver of the 107, does anyone really know which Taylor was driving. One thing I do know is that last photo is of Linda Vaughn, Miss Hurst Golden Shifter. Don't think she has a twin. Photo #4 Car #54 is Maryland driver Don Zechman. Don normally ran at Lincoln, Williams Grove and thru Central Pa. & Md. I don't where this is taken. Anyone have an idea?
I noticed it was taken by John Reilly. |

The taylor brothers would always wear each others shirts..They loved to joke around and always called each other "cus". They were soooo much fun after the races were over and we broke out the beers. |

Picture 1 is this a formula series type car .Vehicles look smaller as do the tires, drivers are sitting way out of the cars.Must be trying to pit I see someone spun out or is this on a road course. Stands are also empty not much interest. |

I believe they are formula super V. Much more of a race car and much faster than a regular formula V. The 50 looks like maybe a Lola? Love to have that sitting in my garage. Maybe this is end of year SCCA run offs at Daytona. If I remember correctly, I think a driver was killed at Trenton in a super V. Hope my menmory is not correct. |

Tommy Thompson 35, died 9-28-78. Five days after fourth turn, last lap crash at Trenton. His goal was to be the first AfroAmerican to race at Indy. The car he raced was a Lola number 50. Perhapes, maybe, the number 50 Lola in the first picture is Tommy Thompson. |

Not Joe in the #13, but have to say great in Fodor 13. I saw him win a sprint car heat at flemington throttle stuck using the kill switch till the end for the win no cages back then. |

I saw Brett Hearn win a sprint car race (URC Feature?) at OCFS in the 1980's doing the same - throttle was stuck wide open and he toggled the kill switch off and on twice per lap. |
