New Egypt Speedway Saturday night. The Modified points championship will be decided that night. If I get ambitious, may drive out to Port Royal for the Labor Day classic. Maybe New Egypt, if not than Flo and the Hillbilly 100 and Stew racing a Late Model on asphalt at Route 660 Speedway which is in Northeast Canada, almost Nova Scotia. See if I see Frank shooting photos. Gearing up for the big shows in the Fall. Starting with Vintage festival at Wakins Glen and Weedsport Super Dirt next weekend. Gonna be a great Fall racing season, usually pretty burnt out when it's over....Lightweight! |

Southern 500 on Sunday. Hope to get there around 1:30, set up a table and tent and grill some dogs and people watch for a couple hours beforehand. Friends from Maryland are meeting us there. Always a fun event at a cool old track. |

Indycars are on the road course in Portland OR. Peacock has Friday practice at 6:00pm, Saturday practice at 12:00pm, qualifying at 3:30pm, and final practice at 8:15pm. Sunday's race coverage begins at 3:00pm on NBC and Peacock. |
