Just learned that a long ago buddy, Craig Sutphin, passed away in December. https://www.colonialfuneralgroup.com/obituary/craig-sutphin Craig owned the absolute last asphalt Coupe to run at a Wall and sometimes at Flemington. This car was “on track” even in the mid 1990’s! If anyone has photos of this Coupe, I’d greatly appreciate if you post them. |

Craig one of the absolute best people in racing! He was our assistant flagger at Central Jersey Speedway. My brothev and Craig showed up every week with a six pack of beer in the flag stand. Great guy and a great crew man for many teams including his brother Doug and Bruce Springsteen. Often at many Lemons races or indoor T Q races with the Rogers Family. Mias you my friend! Godspeed! |
