I was amazed when they panned the grandstands! It was PACKED! A lot of souls much braver than me, that's for sure. Didn't know Lincoln was on FLO until it popped up on Youtube live! I started watching it but the broadcast stopped after hot laps. Good thing the "FLO" logo was in the corner so I turned FLO on and watched a pretty good program. 2 things I noticed about Lincoln Speedway: 1. Very good looking racetrack and infield. 2. Their tight turns reminded me of East Windsor Speedway. Scott Ely |

Turns similar to EWS. Shorted straights at Lincoln. |

Lincoln seldom disappoints. Not as impressive a facility as Port Royal (actually nothing is), but 75% of the time you'll see a better race there. Track is roughly 3/8-4/10 mile, it's not a half. If you haven't been there, go. We skipped Sunday, only one of the three of us felt like sitting in that cold, plus I had things to do. Hopefully this Saturday if the rain is over early enough. |

That photo of #6 VW at Lincoln was taken at last years Hot Rod Annual. That is a day of Vintage Hot Rods and Race Cars for track time and show.
That #6 VW was a winner in the Mini Stock division in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania driven by Roy Martin in the 1970's to early 80's |
