Let us know if your weekend plans have room in them for racing...

Watching?  Attending?  Participating?

Hopefully you'll get to enjoy racing this weekend, however you make it happen!

Hope better days ahead Allen -

While staying close to home, if you're running through the replay section on FLO and are looking for something to watch, check out the NARC racing from Northern California.  There's a group of tracks out there that the series runs at (Tulare, Hanford, Stockton, other) and it's one of those things where if you watch 2 or 3 events pretty close together, you'll start to get a vibe on who the top runners are... who has had tough luck... and who to root for the next time you tune in.  They do a good job of getting the drivers involved with the fans, so you get to know about how they are when out of the car/being interviewed, etc.,.

Some of the tracks have been pretty rough (surface) so far this year, but the Midgets and Sprints just never seem to disappoint.

Thanks Joe! We're plugging along and making progress. I am appreciative of having FLO, especially times like these.

Plus modifieds. Wasn't planning on it, but a big home repair project is complete, and with vacation coming up following week I decided to go. Brother in law former racer Dick Boyer will be there, visiting from Maryland, along with his son Chris and grandson Travis, weekly regulars there.

Our crew was looking at nostalgia day/night at OCFS Sunday (the 3 widers should really support it), but the forecast for Middletown is not great, and I'm too old to drive 2 hours each way up and down the Ho Chi Minh trail when the weather is iffy. When I was 20, would have made the trip just for the Colonial Diner.
