Goop had a heart of gold. Liked to stir things up. It took me a few years of pursuading to get him to come to Matheny. It was very hard for him, but he would force himself to go and loved it, talked about it often, with a tear in his eye.  Rest in peace my friend, enjoy your time with Fred Sanford.
