Great Photo of Lou..I dont remember him smiling much anyway...The date of the big one was spring of 1978 I thought.. we got rained out in 1977 and came back in March 1978 and it was snowing before the race. i think it was cancelled for another week and the track tore up and rutted everywhere and I broke front suspension and spun and backed into the inside guard rail and flipped over one time..Then all H^*L broke loose..The Big One..Yup I was the first on on the scene for that one...HtH
