Rick, you are correct.  According to Mandee's podcast on the Bridgeport race, Billy SR ran the black #1 to try and diagnose its problems.  For me, it was a treat seeing Billy SR up on the wheel in the consi to make it into the feature.  When asked if he missed running a modified, Billy SR said no.  He added that because today's racers are all using the same stuff making them all so equal, where you finish depends on where your starting position.  For the most part, I have to agree with him.  I'm no genius, but it seems like shocks are the only difference between a good car and a great car.  Scott Ely
